1. 14-Day Free Trial

Every new ExiusCart account includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. If you decide not to continue after the trial:

  • Your account simply expires — no charges are made.
  • No cancellation steps needed.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry in case you change your mind.
The 14-day trial countdown starts only after your account is reviewed and approved by our team.

2. Subscription Plan Refunds

For paid subscription plans (Starter, Premium, Enterprise), the following refund terms apply:

Within 7 Days of Payment

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. No questions asked.

After 7 Days

Refunds are not available after 7 days. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period.

Renewal Charges

  • Monthly plans: cancel anytime before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Yearly plans: no refund for the remaining months after the 7-day window.
  • Partial-period refunds are not provided for subscription plans.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. After cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your store data is retained for 60 days after your subscription ends.
  • Reactivation is available at any time within the data retention window.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Custom development, integrations, or setup services
  • Onboarding, training, or consulting sessions
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Subscription periods where the service was actively used beyond the 7-day window
  • Add-on services purchased separately

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact us via WhatsApp or email and include the following:

Reason for your refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

ExiusCart reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. The most recent version is always available at this page.
